2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

ALLISON RAE YUNKER is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged bag(s) and the original packaging.
We will review the situation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through replacement, store credit, or refund.
6. Bag Care and Handling Notice
Our bag products are crafted with quality materials and hardware. To maintain the condition of your bag during receipt and use, please inspect the package upon delivery for any signs of damage before accepting.
ALLISON RAE YUNKER is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, excessive weight loading, accidental impact, or misuse of the product after delivery.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
